IncrediFind is an Internet Explorer toolbar. The adware may monitor your Internet activity and habits, and display advertisements accordingly. These third-party advertisers may then collect information about you, for and through their own means.

Incredifind Removal Instructions
End the 'tipb.exe' and 'hpztsb01.exe' process from the Task Manager (ctrl-alt-delete). Open the registry (Start->Run->regedit) and delete the following keys and values:

Before you can delete it, the DLL file must be deregistered. Open a DOS command prompt window (from Start->Programs->Accessories). Enter the following commands in the DOS window: cd "%WinDir%\System" regsvr32 /u incfin~1.dll, incfindbho.dll, incredifind.dll, bho.dll, pwrs0108.dll, pwrs0rbi.dll.
Having successfully done this you should be able to delete the entire 'Incredifind' folder in Program Files.
