Below are step by step instructions to remove eZula from your computer.
Note: This process is difficult and is not recommend unless you are an expert in this field. The manual
process is also dangerous as the removal process requires you to access and edit sensitive files in
the registry of your machine and run the risk of totally destroying your computer.
An important point to remember when removing eZula is
to delete all parts of the eZula code. This is a must as eZula will rebuild itself and will
result in further spreading of the spyware parasite.

eZula is an Internet Explorer plugin that may insert advertising links into websites you visit and change your browser's settings. eZula may come bundled with Kazaa and once installed may function independently.

Ezula Removal Instructions
End the 'mmod.exe', 'ezstub.exe', 'wo.exe', 'ezpopstub.exe' processes from the Task Manager (ctrl-alt-delete).
You have to destroy autorun by deleting the following keys HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion
un\ezwo HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion
unonce\weboffer HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion
un\sesync
Before you delete it, the DLL file must be deregistered with Regsvr32. Open a DOS command prompt window (from Start->Programs->Accessories). Enter the following commands in the DOS window: cd "%WinDir%\programfilesdir+\web offer\chpon.dll, programfilesdir+\web offer\eapbh.dll, programfilesdir+\web offer\sepng.dll, and programfilesdir+\weboff~1\sepng.dll.
Open the registry (Start->Run->regedit) and delete the following keys and values:

After the deregistration, remove these directories (if present) with Windows Explorer: programfilesdir+\esyndicate and programfilesdir+\web offer. Having successfully done this you should be able to delete the entire 'Ezula' folder.
